Marina Mall’s directory is located in various locations in the Mall.

MOBILE PHONE RECHARGING/BILL PAYMENT:

Two mobile charging booths that allows visitors to plug in their phones for charging and leave it under lock and key for 30 minutes while they go shopping.

• A dedicated Etisalat & Du counters are located on the first level.
• A mobile charging center is available at Al Gadget kiosk on the first level opposite to Axiom Telecom.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES PARKING:

There are designated parking spaces for people with disabilities, located close to all of the Mall entrances.

PRAYER ROOMS FOR MEN & WOMEN:

Prayer rooms are located near 2XL on the basement level and on the lower basement level.

MALL GUIDE:

Mall guides with listings of all stores and services in Marina Mall are offered to visitors. These are available at all of the customer service desks.

TAXIS DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP:

Taxi drop-off and pick-up are available by Marina Mall’s North Entrance.
